In order to better serve our clients, we have rolled out a Management Company that will assist with the day to day issues we, as investors, face.
For $70/mo. you will get the following discounts, services and assistance:
- Maintenance $39/hr. + Materials
- Tenant Issues $39/hr.
- Lawn Maintenance $39/hr.
- Notarized 5 Day Notices - $19
- Eviction Coordination – We use attorneys that charge for their service, but we have negotiated very reasonable, flat rates.
- Tenants can call you first or our office with issues
- You collect your own rent - No Wait Time
- Initial 2 months deposit required ($140) at sign up per property
- All payments will be billed directly to your credit card on the first of every month. ($70 per property)
- Any Issues in excess of $250 will result in a call to you directly for approval
- Any problem with billing will result in termination of contract and services.
- If your tenant has not paid within 5 days of the payment date, notify us and we will send 5 day notice
- If your tenant does not resolve payment issue, we will coordinate with you and begin the eviction
- Please allow 24 - 48 hours for any issues to be addressed
- In case of a rare emergency – i.e. furnace issue in the middle of winter, we will have your tenant stay at the nearest discount hotel and address the issue in the am.
- Someone will be available Monday – Friday 9-5
- Terms of this offering are NOT negotiable
- Cancellation of this agreement is available with 30 days notice
