    Hey folks, I’ve just finished my second house and what you see in this clip is what you get…except for the blonde…
    Josh isn’t using anything different, in terms of materials, in his projects than the Wrecks Rehab team used on my projects and they’ll use on your project!

    Way to go Al, 2 down in no time. Cash out, cash flow and equity. Those 3 things will change your life. They did for me. When things are hot (dotcoms, real estate flipping) it’s probably a good time to avoid them, and when things are “bad” it’s probably a good time to invest.

    Buying now is a no-brainer!
